5. Confidentiality

All data and communications between the client and RTP Ad Solution are considered confidential and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

Ad campaigns, graphics, and related materials created by RTP Ad Solution are the intellectual property of the client once full payment is made.

RTP Ad Solution may request permission to display campaigns as part of its portfolio or for promotional purposes.

7. Service Guarantee

RTP Ad Solution commits to providing quality digital advertising management. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as click-through rates or conversions, due to the volatile nature of digital advertising.

8. Termination

Both parties can end the service agreement with a mutually agreed-upon notice period.

In case of early termination, the client will be billed for the services rendered up until the point of termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

RTP Ad Solution is not liable for any indirect damages, including but not limited to, lost profits or data stemming from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be settled in the courts of Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

RTP Ad Solution retains the right to amend or revise these Terms and Conditions. Clients are encouraged to revisit this page periodically to stay updated on any changes.
